Life doesn’t have to be this way. You do deserve better! I am a licensed clinical psychologist who works with you to help you achieve a more satisfied, productive, and successful life. I will help you explore your problems in a comprehensive and holistic manner while simultaneously helping you work toward solutions you can begin implementing today. I work with individual adults, couples, groups, children, adolescents, and families experiencing a variety of problems. I utilize a variety of treatments that have demonstrated positive outcomes. Clients are given home works and exercises to work on in between sessions. I also provide coaching for those interested in personal and professional growth leading to a more satisfied and fulfilling state of being. I conduct workshops and group therapy on issues such as couples communication and bonding, financial health, and personal and professional growth.
My educational background includes: B.A. in Psychology from the University of California-Berkeley; M.A. and Ph.D.in Clinical Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia; clinical internship at the University of Illinois-Chicago; post-doctoral fellowship at ASU; clinical residency at a local psychology clinic; as well continuing education.I have appeared on the Dr. Phil show as a treating psychologist as well as on local news/information programs. I also have been quoted in several newspapers and national magazines. I have published in both scholarly journals and books pertaining to mental health and treatment.

Rates are as follows: $125 session (50-60 minutes) for counseling, psychotherapy, and coaching; $150 for consulting or formal assessment and report writing. Workshops and retreat rates vary by topic, size, and location.

I usually can make a first appointment the same or next day of your initial call. Intensive therapy services available: 2 - 4+ hour long sessions for individuals or couples in crisis or wanting to boost their therapy experience.
